Last week myself and Mark Mugglestone from The NHS Institute for Innovation ran an observation masterclass at Manor hospital, Walsall.
The day was designed to give those currently working with the Vision To Delivery programme a better understanding of how they can use observation in their projects.
It was great to share our experiences of observation, for understanding and inspiration in health, with people passionate about making improvements in their hospital.
