The health-focused model of Experience Based Design that we have been developing with the NHS Institute for innovation and Improvement has been recently evaluated by Professor Paul Bate and Doctor Glen Robert from UCL. The evaluation describes many aspects of the work and includes a discussion of ‘human-centred’ design processes and their relationship to sustainability.
A book by the same authors which describes some of the founding principals of the approach and some learnings from our pilot project has also been published.
