Today, thinkpublic and the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, service transformation team ran an observation masterclass for fifty top health service improvement leaders from the USA.
The event was part of the American Institute for Healthcare Improvement’s annual summer school, which is being held in the UK this year. The summer school will visit a number of different hospitals and organisations during the week, the session was designed to help them think about observation during these visits.
The event was attended by Donald Berwick from iHi, as well as numerous other health improvement leaders from their network.
