As part of David Nicholson’s NHS Values work, thinkpublic have designed a ‘Listening to Our Staff’ card, which will be used at the initial stage of a large scale consultation, currently taking place accross the NHS. 10,000 of the cards have been sent out to front line staff at a number of test sites, who are helping to designing how the consultation will work.
