Following a series of observation workshops with the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement and a number NHS trusts, thinkpublic have designed a facilitators pack which will be used to run observation exercises during workshops.
The pack contains character cards, a short film and a guide to using observation. The pack was used by the American Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) during their summer school, which was hosted by the NHS Institute this summer.
