At the beginning of the year, all of us at thinkpublic wrote down our aims for the coming year. One of my top aims was to write to Gordon Brown and tell him what we do.
So, last week I sent Gordon Brown an ithinkpublic t-shirt and an invite to lunch. Surprisingly, last week I received a letter from 10 Downing Street saying that my letter has been received and I will be sent a reply ‘as soon as possible’.
Subsequently, this morning we had a call from Lynne Maher, head of innovation practice at the NHS Institute for Innovation and Improvement, saying that the Prime Minister’s office had been in touch with them asking about us.
