Our work connects citizens to government, helping them co-create and deliver self-improving public services.

We have a proven track record in bringing people together to innovate and improve public services. We support both citizens and government to identify issues and challenges, and generate ideas for public services. We capture and share the experiences and ideas of people by using design thinking to connect citizens to government.

In order to really influence change through better design thinking, we work to take the voices of citizens and their needs to government, policy-makers and key decision-makers. Our SeaChange approach involves citizens in the development of policy.

we offer the following services for government
