We are excited to announce that we have been invited to run a ‘Thinkpublic Design Clinic’ at the GC Expo at Earls Court on 10th-11th June 2008. The clinic offers 15 minute appointments with our Design Doctors, who will diagnose your communication and technology ache and offer you a personal prescription.
We are looking forward to sharing our ideas on user engagement within the government IT industry, and will be happy to share our knowledge on a full range of design issues, including:
- User requirements: How do you find out what your users really want?
- Touch-point mapping: How do your users experience your technology?
- Future service scenarios: What other ways can your technology help its users?
- Application requirements: How do you make sure you’re technology does what your users want? How do you commission the right tools?
