thinkpublic’s Director Deborah Szebeko has been shortlisted as one of the Striding Out Future 100 Young Entrepreneurs for 2008.
Future 100 celebrates young entrepreneurs aged 18-35 who are demonstrating entrepreneurial flair and innovation in progressing a responsible business venture. Founder of Striding Out Heather Wilkinson says: “The future of our world is in the hands of individuals who are committed to generating commercial and ethical returns. Challenging economic times can offer opportunities to question the way we operate as both a business community and a society.”
This initiative is part of Global Entrepreneurship Week 2008 17th - 21st, a worldwide celebration of enterprise, which aims to unleash young people’s enterprising ideas and address some of society’s biggest issues, from poverty reduction through to climate change.
As part of Global Enterprise Week on Friday 21st November final year and graduate designers will run simultaneous ‘Design for Social Change’ workshops up and down the country, in an exciting stage two of the thinkpublic’s The Real Work Experience
