Designing Services Using Innovative Methods
Thinkpublic’s head of design Paul Thurston has been published in a forthcoming book on service design. The book, Designing Services with Innovative Methods is a joint publication from Kuopio Academy of Design and the University of Art and Design Helsinki. It features a number of articles from leading Service Design Academics such as Birgit Mager and Ezio Manzini and practitioners such as IDEO, Design Thinkers and thinkpublic. Paul’s article discusses how thinkpublic have led the way in using innovative methods with public services.
