Exciting times for YouCanKingston as the project is featured in this week’s Design Week, following coverage in the Surrey Comet which resulted in some interesting online debates it seems there’s a real thirst for projects that fully engage communities in new and creative ways.
YouCanKingston is a project that aims to address a number of health inequalities that residents on the estate experience. Working in partnership with Kingston PCT, Local Council, Community Groups and the Young Foundation, thinkpublic have led a number of activities that engage with local residents and involve them in the design of future health services on the estate.
