Having worked on the original Productive Ward and Experience Based Design programmes for the NHS Insitite for Innovation and Improvement, thinkpublic were asked to co-design a process that helped NHS staff to engage patients in the productive community services change programme.

The Productive Series “is an organisation-wide change programme which helps systematic engagement of all front line teams in improving quality and productivity.” The programme recently launched it’s Community Services module and is now available for use by NHS staff.

We worked with NHS staff, patients and project stakeholders to design tools, engagement activities, collate best practice and provide guidance material that will support NHS staff to include the patient perspective in all modules of the change programme. Full toolkits are available to order by NHS staff here.
