thinkpublic have been working with NESTA’s Public Services Lab to explore how organisations of all sizes can adopt co-design, co-production and user-owned models to their services.

In response to interest around these innovative new approaches, NESTA have published ‘The Challenge of Co-production’. A paper that aims to demonstrate “why co-production looks set to create the most important revolution in public services since the Beveridge Report in 1942.”

Thinkpublic’s head of design, Paul Thurston was invited to comment on NESTA’s new publication by Design Week magazine, you can read the full article here.
