This week members of the thinkpublic team have been speaking at some exciting and progressive events both abroad and closer to home. Ian Drysdale, our Head of Operations, travelled to Stockholm to speak at the Creative Cities conference as part of a British Council delegation. Ian was there to present thinkpublic’s approach to research and design, citing our work with the Alzheimer’s Society’s Dementia Adviser Service.
Head of Design, Paul Thurston took a shorter trip to Birmingham, where he was one of several speakers at the Fifth Annual Patient Information Forum conference. The celebrated 2010 event looked at the changing nature of how information is developed, produced and shared. Paul spoke about thinkpublic’s work with the NHS Institute for Innovation and how ideas and projects are being developed around the sharing of information and how this can improve upon the patient experience.
