co-production and prototyping

co-production

We work with citizens and public sector staff to involve them as co-designers and co-producers of public services and social enterprises. Using a range of design, media and social research processes we equip the public sector to work alongside citizens to design,  improve and deliver services.

prototyping

Prototyping turns ideas into something tangible that can be tested quickly and cheaply with potential users. It enables rapid iteration of ideas, services and concepts, ensuring they are fit for purpose and eliminating errors early in the process rather than during implementation. One way we can help you develop and learn how to prototype is our ‘how to’ workshops.
