engagement

engaging the public and staff in the transformation of services

thinkpublic develops new ways to reach stakeholders and involve staff and service users in improvement processes.

how we do it

We are specialists at creating bespoke engagement methods to access and undertake research with a broad range of people including ‘hard to reach’ groups. Our engagement methods are drawn from the areas of communication design and social media. We work to communicate the benefits of participation, attract participation and create a presence for the project among the community.

what they say

“thinkpublic clearly understood what we needed, perhaps better than us. Their creativity and their ability to talk to people and to listen to what they say has given us valuable insight into people’s lives and their barriers to physical activity. We have enjoyed working with them – they have a refreshing and innovative approach – and their willingness to share what and how they do things will inform the way we work with our communities in the future.”

– Arren Roberts, Shropshire Council
