Menopause and sleep

We've just started working with the Sound Asleep Club to help co-design a new service to support women experiencing perimenopause and menopause, with a focus on sleep and mental wellbeing.

'A substantial number of women experience sleep difficulties in the approach to menopause and beyond, with 26% experiencing severe symptoms that impact daytime functioning, qualifying them for a diagnosis of insomnia' - National Library of Medicine.

We're currently in the user research stage and looking to speak to women either entering perimenopause or in menopause to share their stories and help co-design a new service. The first step is to share your view in a short survey, it should only take a few minutes.

We are also seeking to connect with experts and practitioners in this space whom may wish to get involved in the content and programme design side of things. If that sounds of interest please contact us.
